Children's Program
For a child, the early childhood and adolescent years are vitally important to good mental and physical health. Our Children’s Program provides a strong foundational basis in the development of character and confidence. Discipline and Respect are taught as important traits for success in all walks of life. For our children there is a strong emphasis on academics as our staff tie in the importance of “doing your best” and “being attentive in school.” Our staff actively participates in monitoring and encouraging students in their educational studies. Positive role modeling is portrayed in an effort to “set the example” for our younger members. Children learn respect for themselves and respect for others. School grades are monitored to ensure students also stay focused in their academic studies as well as their Taekwondo
studies.
This program is a total learning activity. Lessons are tailored to your child's age and skill level. Your child begins by practicing basic techniques and perfecting such techniques thru repetition and staff evaluation. Progression leads to additional techniques and builds through our curriculum to include additional skills such as; blocking, punching, kicking, striking, and learning Taekwondo forms (choreographed movements). These fundamental skills increase your child's physical coordination, flexibility, balance, and mental awareness.
Our program will help your child in their growth and development in areas such as: self-control, focus, self-confidence, respect, discipline, character developement, good decision making, and self-protection.

Adult's Program
Our Adult Program is an excellent way to begin or maintain a personal fitness program and is an effective and fun way to learn self-defense. Adult members will also appreciate the program as a way to build self-confidence and increase self-esteem. Taekwondo strengthens your body and improves your health through physical exercise and conditioning. A gradual building process of safe and easy stretching techniques will enhance flexibility, while breathing and concentration exercises lead to sharper reflexes and senses.
Taekwondo is a complete body workout involving every aspect of balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Training is both aerobic and anaerobic. As students gradually progress in rank, new challenges and routines are introduced. By design, our program keeps you from getting “bored”.
An essential part of self-defense is recognizing a bad situation for what it is and being prepared for it in the process. Our program helps you recognize and handle situations in which self-defense may be required. You can learn the techniques you need to defend yourself while improving health and fitness, sense of well-being, and relief of everyday stress.
